After more than 10 years working for Multinational Companies in the Medical Sector, Stefano Marconi founded RAYS in 1993. Since then, he has been running it with such a passion and competence that he managed to transform it into an international and constantly growing reality. Today he is President of the Board of Directors while his son, Andrea Marconi, who is an expert Trade Manager and member of the Board of Directors, contributes with great passion and capability to the development of the company in Italy and abroad.
